Classic Shoppe, led by our visionary CEO, Mrs. Sumita Kamthan. Our mission is to support the less fortunate in our society, including the visually impaired and special children, through the creation of handmade products.

In the rich tradition of Lucknow Chikankari, which spans over 400 years, She has innovatively designed beautiful jooties for ladies. We hope you will love these unique products as much as we do.

Mrs. Kamthan brings a wealth of experience to Classic Shoppe, having dedicated 32 years as an Administrative-cum-Staff Officer to the Principal Secretary of IDI and as Executive Director of Udyog Bandhu, now known as ‘Invest UP’. Her focus was on the development of small-scale and heavy industries, with support from financial institutions like UPFC and SIDBI, and the Export Promotion Bureau.

Since 2004, Mrs. Kamthan has held various prestigious positions within the International Association of Lions Clubs, District 321-B1 Cabinet, including Secretary, President of the Home Club ICL, Intelligensia, and Chairperson of numerous portfolios such as diabetes control, eye care and donation, old age care, training for less fortunate women, education for all, child health care, and women empowerment. She has received many awards, including a special International Award for Best Performance as Region Chairperson and the Chevron Award for 20 years of excellent social services.
